Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right applies regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or at a discount, and is separate from your two-year statutory rights. Custom items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, as is the risk of the return until it reaches us, so please use a tracked service and pack the goods so they can travel undamaged.

We will refund the price and original standard shipping cost within 14 days of being informed, and may wait until the goods are back with us. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop; if they are mounted, worked, damaged or returned incomplete, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
